huff and puff

                                                    Huff and puff

Some ideas for huff and puff or even just work outs.

1. you can do a plank for 30 seconds.

2. do 10 burpees.

3. 30 star jumps

4. Jog on the spot for 30 seconds  

5. Jump 30 times

6. Skip 

7. Bum kicks

Here are some tips 

Be sporty

Be positive 

Have fun 

Do not give up
